This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Small Things Big Money Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at LG-4, 5, 6 & 7, Somdutt Chambers-II, 9, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The Company provides an AI-powered trading copilot that enables users to build, test, and execute trading strategies using data, analytics, and automation tools. The Services are designed to assist users in their trading decision-making process but are not intended to offer or constitute investment advice.

We are not a registered broker, investment advisor, or financial planner.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old,
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law,
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete information,
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials,
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to perform or support any illegal or unauthorized activity,
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform,
• Copy, modify, or distribute content without authorization,
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access methods without permission.

5. Risk Disclosure

You understand and agree that:

• Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk, including the potential loss of capital,
• Past performance is not indicative of future results,
• Outputs, simulations, or recommendations by the AI system are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable,
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Services.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, logos, designs, graphics, and technology used in the Services is the intellectual property of Small Things Big Money Private Limited or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services solely for your personal or internal business use.

8. Fees and Payments

Some features may require subscription or payment. By purchasing any paid Services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase,
• Authorize us to charge the payment method you provide,
• Understand that fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, including if you breach these Terms, or your use of the Services causes legal risk or harm to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in contract or tort, arising from your use or inability to use the Services, errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Services, or any financial or trading decisions based on the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 6 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Small Things Big Money Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at New Delhi, India.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
